- All games and practices are on Friday between 5pm-9pm depending on the division at The Proving Grounds.
- 8 game season + playoffs. (2 games per week)

- All players receive NFL FLAG uniforms and belts.
- March 20th, 2026 – Uniform pickup/ First Practice @ High School
- March 27th, 2026 – Week 1 @ Proving Grounds
- April 10th, 2026 – Week 2 @ Proving Grounds
- April 17th, 2026 – Week 3 @ Proving Grounds
- April 24th, 2026 – Week 4 @ Proving Grounds
- May 1st, 2026 – Playoffs & Championships @ Proving Grounds
